Mutation

A deadly and infectious serum is produced and hidden by the 3rd Reich during WWII. Many years later, a man is accidentally infected and a plague of zombies is unleashed to devour everybody and everything in its path. Two rival gangs in the midst of a drug war attempt to stop the bloody carnage.
