Although quite watchable, this Canadian sci-fi/horror/thriller B-movie doesn't all quite come together throughout. From the script, to the acting, and even the cinematography there is usually something left to be desired. Despite, being engaged with the environmentalist professor investigating the big evil telecom corporation and the mysterious phone related murders, even the better parts of the movie, the murders, left you wanting more in the form of some "Scanners"(1981)-esque head explosions.
