Gentle war entry with Edward G. Robinson as a mild-mannered aging man who shows he's got courage, his own kind of courage. Pretty straight-forward, and in that regard it fulfills it's propaganda duty, but it was also a good movie leaving one with a pleasing and satisfactory feeling.
