Philippines own Dumb & Dumber make a comeback too. For some reason they need 5 nitwits to get the point across they're stupid. And by their own stupidity think they are superheros this time. Some of the material could have worked with the right people behind the camera, but this is a Wenn V. Deramas production, who sets movie comedy back a 100 years.
