Missionary Man

Although far from terrible, this generic modern gunslinger "western", co-written/directed/starring Dolph Lundgren, is desperately lacking a "Mercenary Man"-esque theme song, or some kind of pizazz to shake off the movie's suffocating sepia tone malaise. Unfortunately the simple attempts at drama, or even some of the Lundgren action, gets smothered out by the slow, dull, dusty visuals; terrible dialogue; and cliche plot. Yet, it kinda has a straight-to-video/made-for-TV lazy watchability too.

Kind of a standard tough guy film, but with some good Rambo-esque action.
