Can't remember if I liked this one back in the day, but it hasn't aged well. It is not a well-made film. Norris has a very limited range, and doesn't really say much at all - a turnip would be more emotive. His fighting skills aren't really showcased. Some of the baddies and supporting cast are more believable as humans. Perhaps worth seeing for the limpest version of Da Ya Think I'm Sexy performed in history. I need to watch better films.

Missing in Action epitomises the Cannon productions of the 80's and this is a prime example of the business model and the standard that Cannon strived for. And ultimately it's a weak rip off of Rambo. I vaguely remember enjoying this as a kid, but looking back it's something of a blur. However I do remember this film for it's ridiculously bombastic finale with Chuck Norris bursting out of water with an enormous machine gun plowing down Vietnamise soldiers. I don't think there's much more to say.

This Chuck Norris vehicle has a sufficient amount of enjoyable action, that's adequately shot but unfortunately not impressive enouhg to lift it up higher from its stereotypical characters, predictable plot, Norris wooden acting and chauvinistic moral.

Back in the day, THIS was the ultimate in 80's action/adventure. Nowadays it's seen as the ultimate in political incorrectness. Having seen it back then and seeing it again recently, it gets a slightly above average score since it's a great artifact from my childhood.

An indispensable, unforgettable artifact from every warped, 80's, suburban male childhood in America.

The lack of dialogue by most 80s action stars is understandable in the context of their respective movies, but for Chuck, it's just damn awkward. No witty one-liners. Nothin. But then again, Chuck can do whatever the hell he wants.

Insert appropriate Chuck Norrisism and/or pun here.

Worth it for the sheer over-the-top ending, which makes absolutely no effort to reconcile a movie full of contrivances and inconsistencies.

Chuck Norris invokes his Walker: texas Ranger to save the entire You Ess army from those godless vietnamese commies. Just trash, but fun for the wrong reasons
