One of those OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker) romances, where Piolo Pascual illegally enters Italy to search for his lost wife Iza Calzado, and on his way meets fellow Filipino Claudine Barretto and falls in love. Unfortunately it focuses on the romance between these two, and not on the wife's story which includes bigamy, baby with a different man and general mental challenges. But that's the thing with these OFW films, it focuses more on the general feeling of being a foreigner abroad.
