Midnight Caller

It's about a female radio announcer whose have a midnight show and being terrorized by her caller called The Hungry Wolf whose claim him self as putting a bomb is several public area. And the bomb explodes eventually. To solve this case, she's work with a clueless cop and sadly it does also start the clueless events during the entire movie! (imdb)
