Midnight

I would like to give this a higher rating because Lynn Redgrave is in top camptastic form here, but I can't. The script & direction are both just too bad. Tony Curtis is pretty funny, Karen Witter is solid (in pretty much the same role she always played) & Steve Parrish isn't bad. But, I can't figure out who this is for. I also can't figure out why it was even made. The story makes almost no sense, the tone is all over the map, & any attempt at being serious falls flat. Just odd.
