Men Against the Sky (1940) is your standard aviation programmer from RKO. Mixing all types of aviation problems tackled in countless such films through-out the 30s. It's definitely not something fresh, and they don't really know where to take it either, simply blending a bunch of familiar scenarios. I did like the selection of actors involved. Edmund Lowe is the energy of it all taking care of the business side of things. Richard Dix pops in from time to time, bringing his melodrama to the air.
