Would've liked it to have been longer with less terrible editing. Just let the man speak!

A conversation between perhaps my two favorite filmmakers, and it heavily features some of the trademarks of both - obtrusive video editing and palpable anxiety. See if you can guess who is responsible for what.

Crap editing of a conversation that had to be more interesting.

Light style, fittingly heavier-ish on substance. The whimsical editing of Godard - which would seem out of place anywhere else - just matches the mood and tone of the interview. And what a refreshlingly intelligent, low-key, chatty interview it is.

Not good, not bad. Not long.

The interview with Woody is rather interesting, although I'm sure I've heard him asked similar questions. Godard did too much stupid shit throughout; so much that it comes across as obnoxious.

30 dias de JLG - Filme #12: Meetin' WA. 25 minutos de puro ouro, o que mais fica aqui é ver o Allen falando como uma pessoa normal, longe da neurose excessiva de suas personagens. Um grande encontro. DVDRip no MakingOff.

I wish Godard didn't have to inflict his enormous ego on us by cutting Allen's answers in his typical annoying style, but I'm not giving this a lower score because we were blessed with at least some input from one of the best American filmmakers. I wish the French one would just stop his shtick.

Not an easy thing to put a number on. Certainly worth watching.

Godard is such and obnoxious pretentious asshole with his questions and the editing, but it gives the film a wonderful whimsy. On top of that the interview itself is quite interesting as they discuss editing and the influences of TV on cinema. It's pretty good and a lot of fun.
