I feel like this one had more potential. It's quirky and strange and sometimes funny. It's mostly just interesting enough to watch to see how things turn out for Bill.

This was enjoyable despite the central relationship between the teenager and Bill being pretty inappropriate and annoying.

I'm so confused; I can't decide whether was that a good or a bad casting and acting. Despite its fluent and simple plot, there were some missing parts that I would like to figure out. But the main problem is the hypocrisy of Hollywood. If you have an organized life with patterns; it's a monotone life and you should do crazy stuff which you've never tried out before according to Hollywood. But if you're already living the day, it will go bad and you need to keep it in an order. Choose already.

I don't get why Uma was so hellbent on killing Bill. He seems like a nice guy.

Meet Bill is a mess that the pretty good cast cannot help save. Not a lot of the film makes sense, none of the characters are in the least bit relatable, motivations never make sense, the interesting bits of the story are missing and replaced with filler, and there's no emotional resonance with anything that happens. There's no reason to watch this film, unless you're a fan of Aaron Eckhart, as he's the most tolerable part.

This is an incredibly pathetic attempt at reproducing the charm of American Beauty. It has some ambition, but it fails to deliver at every conceivable moment. The excellent cast deserved a much better script.

I have to give this lots of bonus points for scenes filmed here in St. Louis. Hotties like Alba and Banks get some extra points as well. Not a great movie, but I did enjoy watching it and following the story.

Full of characters I didn't care about but Aaron Eckhart is worth watching in anything.

Eckhart is as usual, really good at what he does. Banks and Alba are insanely hot. Otherwise this is a decent movie about meeting bill, or rather, Bill's struggle with life and his current crisis.

Not great, not bad. In my opinion the main character lacks the fire that makes his transformation believable. In fact, the character is not transformed at all, which makes his transition hard to understand. His life sucked the whole way through, with or without his wife's infidelities.

In Meet Bill, Aaron Eckhart gives another flawless performance, and I find him to be a joy to watch in films. Its seems like his character gets a bit much all at once but the problems and situations that are thrown at him are worked out by the films end. You also get the ultra hot Jesica Alba and Elizabeth Banks, and I really dug this movie no more than 10 minutes into it. If you like stuff like A Lifeless Ordinary, Sol Goode, or Buying the Cow, I wholeheartedly recommend this without question.

People will be talking about his role in The Dark Knight as his high-point of 2008, but Aaron Eckharts performance in Meet Bill is equally impressive, if not better.

It ambles on pretty pointlessly. Should've been renamed 'I Wish I Was American Beauty'. Eckhart's solid in it though.
