Marilyn sure is hot, and the film is captivating even while it tests your patience by putting both sound and video on a loop. That's kind of the point though, taking footage that is clearly erotic and making it seem mundane.

Conner wanted to make a point about formalism and I think he ultimately succeeds, but in a different way than how PeaceAnarchy sees it. I think that what could have been a mundane and tedious experience, with the help of slight camera moves, carefully teasing editing, and a song that you won't mind hearing 5 times makes this incredibly appealing on both an erotic and artistic level.
