Margarit i Margarita

The film was completed in 1987 and is very provocative to the Bulgarian socialist system. It develops the degeneration of the system and the characters are so real - the parents behaviour, the cynical communist... the movie is more critical than the novel of Alexander Tomov it is based on, so he renounced the project. The movie was forbidden until the end of 1989. It is also about the love controversial story of Margarit and Margarita, but the critics against the system are central.
