Manslaughter

It's hard to fathom what the male lead first saw in the female lead, but beyond this lack of chemistry this is pretty fun tale still relevant today with The Affluenza Defense. Also it seems vehicular manslaughter of a police officer = non-violent crime of stealing a $400 ring from a rich woman as both sentences were exactly the same! With some good moments of schadenfreude this is an entertaining silent that's still topical today and I suspect still will be for generations to come. Recommended.
