Mange tes morts

This rough-edged effort of a thriller shows us a curious, largely unseen niche of French society, the young gypsy law-breakers. The film is populated with not-too-clever characters who make a series of stupid decisions, while the dialogue (part improvised?) consists mainly of slang and swearing. There's no real depth to the characters or intelligence in the plot. Just a series of dark, choppy car chases and shootings which most directors could probably film better. Themeless and boring.
