Double George Arliss! He plays twins. One a Lord since he was born 5 minutes before the other. Therefore has had all the privileges and is the Foreign minister while the other a drifter. The story is plain and nothing remarkable, but George Arliss even at the end of his movie career, now back home in England, could carry a movie with simple means. Both Arliss'es are the highlights of this movie and makes it a pleasant viewing. I love the old man....
