Absurd comedy with communistic undertones as a professor talks down about the capitalistic world that created the depression and because he does gets suspended from teaching until he can make a million dollars. So he starts pan-handling. And as the men in power tries to humiliate him by reporting about the professor now begging, the plan backfires and people from all over America send him money. Hardly a great film, but it's a silly enough to be enjoyable.
