People in Wisconsin hate Bob Ueker. You can believe me when I say that because I live in Wisconsin. I'm making that up, of course, Mr. Baseball is like 'Sconnie Jesus and Cheesehead Buddha rolled into one. Anyway, not nearly enough Ueker is just one of many problems Major League 2 had. Just watch the first one twice, is that so hard?

Fairly bog standard and formulaic baseball movie that is certainly not as good as its predecessor - though that said I do have to say that 5% on Rotten Tomatoes seems excessively brutal, that's like "atrocity against cinema" level reviews lol.

This is a great movie. They explain all the characters in this movie so you are not wondering what's going on. The main focus of this movie is that they are playing baseball. This is the best one out of the trilogy. They lose at first and win in the end. They focus on Wild thing the pitcher of the team who's a main character in this movie. he goes from a blonde gf to a brunette and is back with the glasses. Then a fan who kept booing the team says I knew we'd win all along.

Guilty pleasure sequel I shouldn't tolerate but still find occasionally entertaining following watching the first in the series.

Even though we were extras during the crowd scenes of this movie (filmed at Camden Yards in Baltimore), it's pretty lousy.

A checklist of stupid thing sequels do.

Loses most of the charm from the first film, but is still very watchable.

This is most certainly a let down after the first one. There are a couple of funny moments but the script is way to predictable. Some of the actors are under written and are not given much to do this time out.

I liked this better than the first one, for what it's worth.

No match for its predecessor, and the only time in history not having Wesley Snipes hurt a film.

Honestly, this is my favorite of the series.

As a Cleveland native I have a special love in my heart for the Major League movies. They're all ace in my book.

They should have left the classic "Major League" alone. Every joke they could do, was in the first movie.

OK, I liked the first one enough to watch this one, but it's a far cry from the humor of the first one. Slightly changing all of the main characters to create new potentially funny situations does not a good move make.

Pretty dumb. Basic premise as most sequels are. Bring back as many of the stars as you can from the first and have them do the same wacky things over again.

In this sequel, just about everything has been tones down to fit the new PG rating. Much like the subplot in which Rick Vaughn has lost his gusto for the game, this movie lost some too. Even though Major League II is an all around less cool movie, it's still quite funny. Pretty good!

It's weird. There's a whole subplot about how Charlie Sheen's character, Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn, doesn't play with the same kind of heart he used to have. It's really an analogy of the whole movie. The sequel just isn't as fun as the first one. And where is Wesley Snipes? Oh well, at least is isn't "Back to the Minors."

Unnecessary sequel full of replacement actors and unfunny jokes.

Somehow, losing Snipes killed this potential movie franchise.
