Lupin III: The Fuma Conspiracy

While it doesn't have the cool scenery or the epic climax of Cagliostro, Fuma holds its own with some fun characterization and a lot of exciting set pieces. Granted, there is some oddities - such as the awkward way the hallucinogen scene ends or how the film blue balls us on Goemon's relationship, but Zenigata's over the top infatuation with Lupin becomes particularly endearing in this flick as does Goemon's relationship with the main gang.
