Lulu

With such a high quality European selection there was little wrong with the acting. The problem was that the playful romance never got very heated, or for that matter.... interesting. Erna Morena as Lulu could have been a super vamp, but for some reason Alexander Antalffy was unable to portray her as such. The always present Emil Jannings was a much stronger character, but with the story never truly generating any fascination his performance gets wasted.
