Like a rom-com by Richard Curtis, if Richard Curtis was a small heap of overboiled cabbage. No romance, no comedy. The main characters have no chemistry and fall in love at the flick of a switch because the script demands it. The humour is non-existent. The 'bad guys' are bad for no reason than to provide some drama. Everything happens in an utterly predictable fashion with no redeeming features. Also 50% of it is set in a ktichen staffed by people who have clearly never seen a saucepan before.

I really wish this was better than it was. I liked it even! But I have to say the script was awful and the direction didn't elevate it any. Moved too fast and the comedy was weak. Can't recommend.

Appallingly bad;incredibly badly written, directed, lit and acted. Budget $1m apparently and you can tell, every penny is on screen. Parts of the story (the tof who likes ladies panties and is negligibly the villain) baffle me for even being here.
