Louco Por Cinema

Inspired by his own mental house experiences in the times of dictatorship, Oliveira crafts a naive but often amusingly funny and histrionic love letter to the dreams and pains of making a film -- literally, the leading character is a worker turned director after the director himself died using drugs two decades ago; and now this crazy dude thinks he's a director and tries to complete the shooting. Also, it feels like a reunion film, a counterculture generation breathing life into their past.
