I would have enjoyed this movie more if Travolta's chin had also been dubbed with a voice.

God this title is so clever. So fucking clever. Do you get it? See, cuz it's like, usually on a sequel it'll be all like 'Such and Such II.' But you see what they've done here is use 'Too' the adverb in place of the number 2. It's really quite ingenious. The movie, not so much.

Okay everybody, you're in for a treat... two hours of back-sassing babies talking! Well, they're not really talking... they're just kind of looking at shit and smiling while grown adults inexplicably perform voice-overs for them. Anyway, just know that somebody got really fucking high and decided to make a movie.

This is tough to watch, and the second you hear Roseanne you know you are in trouble. And to quote the great Bonjanglesmn the movie title is "quite ingenious".

Really, what better way to spend an hour and a half than to listen to the shrill and obnoxious barking of Roseanne as the voice of an infant. Bravo, studio execs, bravo.

This is a bad sequel to a bad movie. Then, to make it even worse, they cast Roseanne. Roseanne! Sigh, the score is a gift because I used to like Kristie Alley.

What happened??! With no personnel changes from Part 1, this should have been at least passably enjoyable, but there's no bad idea unexplored here; manufactured conflict between Travolta and Alley is idiotic, the plottiest aspect is literally centred around "pee-pee", and less said about the "feuer und wasser" finale the better (though we get to see Travolta struggle with a fire extinguisher for no apparent reason). Sole bright spot is Roseanne's voice-over, which is admittedly well delivered.

When we asked where John Travolta went, it was movies like this that made his career go away. And Roseanne Barr as a talking baby...because the first movie made money, let's add a talking baby, who wasn't particularly foul mouthed. No one ever asked for that.

It's a lazy Sunday afternoon in front of the TV and you just can't decide if you want to puke or kill yourself due to feeling just too embarrassed of what's happening on the screen...

The idea was charming for the first one. The second had its moments. Is it really that bad or is it just too much of it on tv?

Cool idea for a movie even though this a sequel. We have our comedic elements and it has its moments where you find yourself chuckling. It is really one of the first american films that tries to give parents an idea of what it going on in a childs head. Irregardless it is silly, and not a necessity for a collector. The kiddies will enjoy it and parents can relate, Roseanne and Bruce Willis do a great job with the voices. All in all don't need to rush out and rent this one.

Really, they should have stopped with the first one, which was ok, but not fantastic. We've seen the talking babies thing, now let's move on with John Travolta's career.
