Lethal Panther 2

Has little to do with the first film, aside from being set in the Philippines, and is your standard cops versus criminal organisation story with a vengeful cop who doesn't play by the book as the main character. It is a structural mess, only avoiding collapsing in on itself because it crams as many ridiculous actions scenes it can within its 90 minute run time and its very low budget. Only for trash connoisseurs.

Now I did have to watch this full screen and with an English Dub so my overall score will be adjusted to account for this. The movie starts off with a brief English dubbed set up before abruptly shifting to a long drawn out gunfight the has choppy editing, annoying background music and weird sound effects, there is a sloppiness to the whole action set piece, from the a fore mentioned choppy editing, to the bizarre camera angles and strange use of wire work.
