Ridiculous story and twists while being unintentionally really funny, in a supposedly dramatic film. The craziest thing here is that they think people would care so much about a new book in 2019. This movie is what happens when you watch Murder on the Orient Express and The Usual Suspects at the same time, while high. Then you get the guy who wrote the screenplay for Downsizing and sprinkled a bit of Dan Brow, but like, make it french. That’s the best way to describe this film. I loved it lmao

This film seemed too gimmicky at first…and then it just continued to spiral into more ridiculousness. I almost shut it off a few times. What the hell is this attempting to be or do? Is this a comedy? A James Bond-like satire? At times it certainly feels like a complete farce. Overall, it’s a borefest. The constant overbearing, foreboding score sure doesn’t help. The acting is so-so and the story is juvenile, amateurish and pedestrian. Interesting idea, good cinematography, awful direction.
