i just don't find statues interesting sorry

Varda explores the caryatids of Paris -- the giant statues of women supporting architecture. It's pretty interesting stuff, especially when she contrasts them with the male figures, who always appear to be struggling like Atlas. But it kind of goes the rails when she drags Baudelaire into it.
