Left in Darkness

Not that bad although the plot was way beyond wasted.

A fantasy film about death and afterlife. This film is limited because it feels like a fantasy a nursery-rhyme construct with arbitrary rules that don't his home for us. A truly great fantasy like The Lord of the Rings or The Matrix should never make us stop and say: "Really? This is how their world works?" Unfortunately, Left In Darkness does leave us asking: "Really?" But I do have to say the acting was good, and the story was watchable; although the suspension of disbe

I really like the premise, it is an interesting take on life after death; and the cast is solid, especially Monica Keena (who also is pretty damn hot). The only complaint I have is fairly minor: the creature effects are pretty lame.

So much better than I thought this was going to be even though at times it seemed pretty weak. Awesome job by Monica Keena. I would like to see more of her in other movies, that's for sure.

An another story of borderline life between this world and dead. The guardian angel, David Anders has been in tv serials Heroes and Alias. But here we can see lots of cheap effects and loose script full of holes and zombies. Monica Keena serves some neat bendings forewards though.
