Loved that scenography and the practical effects

The set is impressive and the explosions are impactful, but other than that not a lot to excite the viewer. Zeus seems to majorly underestimate Hephaestus' skills as a blacksmith/metal worker. You'd think male characters in Méliès' films would have learned by now that conjuring women can never end well.

I think this should also be in the comedy genre.

Refreshing change of pace for Melies. Highly Pythonian representation of the Greek gods. I was expecting King Arthur to show up any second, complete with Patsy banging coconuts together
