Gert (Michaël Pas) is a 911 call operator, but seems rather lost in thoughts. But, his focus returns when in the next incoming call, he has to convince and assist a woman, Elise (Marieke Dilles), who was in a car accident with her daughter Lina (Kathelijne Van Glel), to resuscitate her daughter. But, it's not just a phone call.
