Didn't quite hit for me but it has enough to recommend it. But where could you find it to watch? The question plagues us. Anyways, try the trailer below.

Jonathan Demme's very weird Hitchcockian paranoia thriller is probably the least appreciated of his early studio films, which is a real shame because it's wonderfully eccentric near masterpiece. Scheider is a hyper macho, competent combat machine who is losing his grip on everything and embodies this by routinely utterly losing his cool and breaking down mid-scene. The film adopts the same style with suspense sequences interrupted with irrelevant intrusions

Stunner in terms of style and photography. Story is all over the place. Scheider is pretty good.

Hitchcockian thriller from Demme which uses Niagara Falls & Princeton Uni. in same way as Hitch did. The plot is a bit confusing and could have done without the government stuff. but it keeps you interested. Scheider does a good job playing James Stewart and Margolin is fine in her role. It's surprising that she didn't have much of a career after this. Walken is fun in an early role. Rozsa's music is a bit too old fashioned for the film. It's worth a watch but do not expect Silence of the Lambs.
