Before Alice Brady won her supporting Oscar for her role as Molly O'Leary in In Old Chicago (1938), she was Lady Tubbs (1935). A comedy where she a railway cook who inherits a bunch of money and takes on the false faces of society. Fun little comedy with quick delivery, turning out exactly as one would expect from a ridicule of the rich. Does exactly what it needed. A mild delight.
