This low-budget "cinema bizarre" curio would work better as a short. Granted, the director showed a lot of vision and promise, and what he lacked in camera and sound equipment he made up for in imagination and humour. Although the characters are explored and some sort of story developed, it's a bit sparse and tenuous, and not quite enough to hold together as a feature. Feels a bit like a comic book, and definitely shows Bogota in a light you would not expect. Interesting, but trying.
