La Truite

Perhaps the "truth" is in the form of a trout after all? I think the people in that movie are just like fishes behind a glass who swim and wander along aimlessly and without any humane expression. Their sexual relations are subordinated to mere numbers like the fishes in a trout farm (remember the woman talking about 33.000 sexes she had). Japan may also stand for a lost mode of existence where pleasure was lived in a subtle and austere way. What I didn't like is the girl was the scapegoat :((
