On his release from prison, Ousmane returns to his neighborhood in St Blaise, in the 20th arrondissement, to get on with his life and realize his dream of becoming a rap producer. With his friends, he prepares a video clip and asks Mathieu, an actor buddy, to play a BAC policeman for a sequence in the clip. But on the day of the shoot, things don't go according to plan.
