L'Enfer

I'am not convinced, such an childish edition, and also the câmera work is entirely incompatible with the seriousness of this theme. Besides, i also hated the insert of Kieslowski's clichês, like the old lady and the bee swimming inside the glass. But this would be really, really good in Kieslowski's hands.

The script is surprisingly the weakest link, with contrivances and melodramatics piling up after the beautiful and restrained first act. I really liked Tanovic's direction though, it's rhythmically and aesthetically compelling. A shame that what he's shooting sometimes gets a little silly.

It's definitely much better than Heaven. Plus a lot of Kieslowski touch this time.
