Of course I've seen only 6 minutes and without subtitles, but so what?

Kinda slow to start, with the first 40 minutes or so being mostly talking and Rambo oiling up and flexing his muscles. Seriously, there is not a shot in the entire film where Rambo isn't totally tensed, flexing as hard as he can. The last half hour lets loose with the hysterical mayhem, as Rambo carves his way through bad guys with his bowie knife and blows them up with his comically fake rocket launcher (with magically appearing and self-loading rockets).

Plot makes very little sense and is somewhat tedious; but it's brisk and overall entertaining. The grand finale plays out almost like a DOOM clone in the best sense. Dark Maze has done an excellent job dubbing this in a retro way.
