Buster Crabbe stars as TARZAN!!! Uh.... I mean KASPA THE LION MAN!!! Nah, it's really Tarzan. Paramount just changed the name so they could legally get away with the rip-off. Everything else is the same. Not as adventurous as the MGM Tarzan movies, but it's got it's comic moments when Crabbe meets civilization! The circus animal climax was daring, but I wish Crabbe would have gotten more physical into the action like both Elmo Lincoln & Johnny Weissmuller would do.
