Mike Abbott plays Rex, top drug lord and business partner of another highly dangerous drug baron, Bill. When Rex double crosses Bill during a deal at an airport, Bill vows revenge. Meanwhile, across town, Jack Barlow finds his family and friends being murdered one by one after his younger brother witness a raid on a liquor store.
