Struggling contractor Dinesh Kondody (Jayasurya) sells a house he partially owned to Paramu Nair (Narendra Prasad) to get cash for his share & ease his financial woes, but a resurvey of the land leaves half of the house in Kerala & the other half in Tamil Nadu. The part in Tamil Nadu comes under the ownership of Peria Thevar (Thalaivasal Vijay) & his niece Sundari (Girly) starts living in that part of the house.
