Simple low budget production from the short-lived Victory Pictures Corporation, but it's got some mad professor vibe going with John Elliott wearing thick glasses, and Fuzzy Knight & Syd Saylor teaming for comic relief. Stars the stiff Lloyd Hughes, but also got Jack Mulhall for a little more personality. Good movie? No. Cheesy fun. Yes.
