12 eps + 1 ova. Frustrating. Parts of it are really brilliant, and it’s often great at creating a particular kind of mood that reminded me of Haibane Renmei. Lots of sexual assault-based humor I didn't enjoy. There’s some bad implications about love and disability, & frequent misgendering. Be forewarned it’s ambiguous but was something I took as seriously presented implied lasting effects of serious childhood trauma that really threw me. Skip ova unless you hated series ending.
