Club dancer turned B-list actress Meera (Shweta Menon), after getting jilted by her lover & having a miscarriage after an attempted suicide, gets a new lease of life when cabbie Shyam (Biju Menon) comes into her life, but disaster strikes soon after in the form of a road accident which leaves Shyam brain dead.
