Under-developed Dead End Kids/Boys Town rip-off. Didn't mind the selection of "kids", the acting was okay and with Rita Hayworth as the top attraction outside of the gang. It was just that the story never had time to trigger any emotion, nor did it have any real life changing situation other then this lame project being set up by a idealist.
