Jungle Heat

Far from the film the DVD cover suggested it was, this is the Chinese take on the Vietnam War, in which Chinese truck drivers find themselves caught between perverse games (including real animal cruelty) and bloodthirsty Vietcong. China has a history of very bizarre genre films and this is no exception, having its sombre tone abruptly broken by scenes like [Spoiler] a man literally jumping out of his skin. Only those with an interest in this sort of thing should see it, but its a strange curio.
