Joseph: King of Dreams

Decent retelling of the Biblical story of Joseph. Certainly better than the Technicolor Dreamcoat musical.

Like 20 years pass in this one musical montage as stated in dialogue but then everyone looks exactly the same so it’s real confusing.

Mediocre music, acting, and animation, this was a big step down from The Prince Of Egypt. A mediocre score for a mediocre movie.

Enh, the story itself could be told in about 5 minutes so they had pad it out with a whole bunch of dull, boring musical numbers that are pretty much indistinguishable from another. The Prince of Egypt actually had some pretty catchy musical numbers and an engaging-enough story. So what happened here? And also, that CGI has aged terribly, blech.

I really enjoyed the story but singing, not so much.
