Jolly Tars

Lloyd gets to Grace's house just in time to hear her father say he is taking her away on a trip to Europe. Graces asks Lloyd to meet her at the pier to say goodbye. But Lloyd catches the wrong bus to the pier and, before he knows it, has signed up with the U. S. Navy for a four year tour-of-duty. From there it is slapstick and sight gags. (imdb)
