Joe Palooka in the Big Fight

One movie series that survived a couple of more years was a franchise nobody remembers anymore. The one about boxer Joe Palooka. While they're is a comic element to this, they've been increasingly making them more serious, here cracking down on crooked boxing racket, sort of like a mystery. And that at least gave it focus. Uninspired like so many B-movies of it's kind, but with enough purpose that made me feel I wasn't wasting my time.
