Jericho

This is a decent movie but only memorable for Paul Robeson's deep voice.

The production felt grander then the movie experience, though little can be grand enough for Paul Robeson gigantic voice! The story felt a little unfinished, unless the message was that African-Americans belong in Africa. Regardless of the exotic road to the desert it was fun with little Wallace Ford next to the black giant, and also a good role for Henry Wilcoxon as his career was starting to fade. While the film didn't reach it's peak, it was an alright Robeson showcase.
