Somewhere, between the juvenile dick-jokes, scatological- and other primitive attempts at humour, there are some funny bits and even the basis for good satire. Ultimately though, the movie fails mainly because of the grotesquely cheap look, where whole scenes seem more like animatics than finished animation.
